About bul box
Life's better with a Box. What's in your Box?
bul box is a restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is listed at 4421 Six Forks Rd #116-A, Raleigh, NC 27609, which places it among the local businesses of Raleigh that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Google also lists it under asian restaurant, korean restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 am–8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach bul box at (984) 200-3654; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is bul-box.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 100 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Fantastic food and fair prices. I love the options for tofu, seafood, and toppings you don’t see every where. Recommend for a nice meal especially if you’re tired of places like Chipotle and Cava and you like Asian cuisine.

I ordered the Katsu Box and the Kona Poke and both were sooo good. The katsu was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. Super satisfying and filling. The Kona Poke was fresh and light — the fish tasted clean and the toppings added the perfect texture. It balanced out the fried katsu really well. Definitely a combo I’d order again!

This is the worst customer service experience ever. I usually enjoy Bull Box . This time I walked in with everyone scattering the store surreptitiously. As I approached the counter, a guy with dark hair barely looked me in the eye while telling me “This is all we have” not a “Hello or Welcome in”. While I understand I was visiting right before closing, that was completely unprofessional. To circumvent any confusion I asked “What does that mean, are you guys done serving food” Mind you the food is already prepared and sitting in bowls on the counter and the eatery closes at 8. So he replied with the same response “This is all we have”. I asked him “ So is the store closed?” I waited patiently for an answer but he truly lacked communication skills. A young women walked up behind him and said “Yes, we’re closed”. I never knew ordering food that’s already cooked could be this arduous! I understand customers arriving at closing can be a pain but this was unnecessary. These people lack severe customer service skills. The thing is I would’ve tipped them appropriately for making my bowl before close but now I’ll just leave this review. Also I guess they serve you food from the day before

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food. Great flavor and the tuna wasn't fishy at all. A bit pricey but nothing insane. You can't sit down so tough to enjoy the food without having to drive somewhere else to eat. It was my first time there so I wish the staff would have been more engaging.

Nice quick takeout stop for a good bowl. Staff could use a bit more knowledge of their vegan and GF options (when asked), but were very friendly and let me see the ingredients of a new sauce they had on the bottle. Their curry cauliflower vegetable was our favourite! They also give a good amount of protein. We had the ginger chicken, and paid extra for salmon poke. Would recommend!
